This chicken topping seasoning is absolutely delicious, it can be added to meats, potatoes or to vegetables. It’s a well-balanced blend of salt, garlic and paprika. I love the jar packaging, it makes it easy to sprinkle on your desired amount. The seasoning adds such a nice flavour to any dish, I definitely recommend it.
This makes for a real tasty finishing topper to chicken dishes but also just about anything if you want that smoked paprika & garlic flavour to brighten up your dish.
It's important that this is used as a finishing though as it was accidentally grabbed last night when we did a roast chicken and was used as a seasoning. By the time the chicken was finished cooking in the oven the large chunks in this were blackened to a crisp. Still sprinkled some on after we served up our dinner and it tasted great though.
Lucky for me that salt, garlic, onion powder and paprika are my go-to spices for chicken! This makes it as easy as tossing my chicken in a bowl of this spice mix and tossing it in the air fryer. Tastes great, and the only downside is that this is not as economical as buying all these spices individually and mixing them yourself. But paying for the convenience is a fine trade in my books.
This seasoning topping contains a blend of natural ingredients which pair well with chicken, pork and vegetables. It can also be used in a variety of other dishes. The texture is somewhat crunchy, and the flavour is very garlicky, with a bit of spiciness I did not expect. It reminds me of BBQ seasoning, and the intensity can be customized to each recipe by adding more or less. I am not a huge fan of the coarse flakes, but it is a interesting way to add something different to everyday meals.
This "Flavour Maker" is very versatile. Not only can you use it on chicken, but you can use it anywhere that you would like to add the flavours of salt, paprika, and garlic. There is a bit of heat with this seasoning, however it's nothing crazy and I found it very tasty. The seasoning is a bit too large to consistently come out of the shaker, it requires a bit of effort to get out.
