Shipping Policy

Processing Time:

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times:

  • Canada: Standard (3-7 business days) | Expedited (1-3 business days)

  • USA: Standard (5-10 business days) | Expedited (2-5 business days)

  • International: Standard (7-20 business days) | Expedited (5-10 business days)

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination.

Tracking: Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Customs & Duties: International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes.


Return & Exchange Policy

Eligibility:

  • Items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, in original packaging, and include all accessories.

Non-Returnable Items:
