Cancellation Policy

Customers may request a cancellation within 4 hours of placing their order to receive a full refund.

After the 4-hour window, orders enter production and can no longer be canceled or modified, except for shipping address changes.

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. We can make corrections before the order is shipped.
